My research centers on workplace stress and the ways we recover from it at the end of the day. I’m especially interested in understanding how these experiences are shaped by seeing work as a part of who we are. Drawing from a previous career in health care, my aim is twofold: to conduct research that makes a difference in people’s lives and to translate organizational science into conversations that resonate with decision-makers and the people they serve.
