Kwanil Lee

Kwanil Lee received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in physics from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1992, 1994, and 1999, respectively. From 1999 to 2001, he did his postdoctoral research at the Center for Electro-Optics, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, where he worked on optical fiber devices and telecommunication components. From 2001 to 2006, he was with Novera Optics Inc., where he worked in the field of access network and communication components. Since 2006, he has been with the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), Seoul. His research interests include fiber-optic devices, fiber sensors, lasers, and nanophotonics.
