Bio
Aymeric Leray received the Engineering Diploma degree in physics from the National Institute of Applied Science, in 2002, and the M.Sc. degree in physics and the Ph.D. in physics from the University of Rennes, in 2002 and 2005, respectively. After post-doctoral research with Prof. J. Mertz with Boston University, he joined the Biophotonics Group, Interdisciplinary Research Institute (IRI), Villeneuve d’Ascq, in 2007. In 2010, he was appointed as a CNRS Researcher with IRI, and he moved to the Interdisciplinaire Carnot de Bourgogne Laboratory, Dijon, in 2014. His research interests are centered on both nonlinear microscopy for biological applications and single molecule detection for optical biosensors.
