个人简介
Arthur F. Witulski received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1988. He has worked in analog electronics, power electronics, and power devices in industry and academia, where he has many years of experience teaching classes in these areas and supervising graduate students. He is currently a a Research Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Vanderbilt University, where he also works with the Institute for Space and Defense Electronics (ISDE). His activities at ISDE include modeling radiation effects on electronic devices and systems, with an emphasis on radiation effects on wide bandgap power devices, such as silicon carbide and gallium nitride, and modeling the impacts of radiation on top-level performance parameters of spacecraft.
