I am straightforward..and I like digging physics out of Inorganic/Organic nano-materials by various experimental probing techniques/tools.
Being an Experimental Condensed Matter Physicist, I like playing with sophisticated experimental setups.
Working on the Following Areas:
1) Oxide Semiconductor growth and their applications like Dye degradation, Chemical Sensing, Field Emission, and Solar Cells.
2) 2D layered materials (such as, SnS2, RGO, h-BN, h-BNC, and g-C3N4) growth and device applications in Field Effect transistors, Light Emitting diodes, and photo-detector.
3) Organic-Inorganic compound material optimization for their applications in high efficiency, stretchable FET-based devices.
4) Lateral P-N junction device fabrications and their various implications.
5) Electron Microscopy
