Aritra Acharyya was born in 1986. He received the B.E. degree from IIEST, Shibpur, India, in 2007, and the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees from the Institute of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta, India, in 2010 and 2016, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Cooch Behar Government Engineering College, Harinchawra, West Bengal, India. He has published 92 research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals, 70 research papers in national and international conference proceedings, and several book chapters. He also authored and edited seven and five number of books, respectively. His research interests include high frequency semiconductor devices, nano-structures, semiconductor physics, transport phenomena, quantum mechanics, and optoelectronics.
