Antonio M. J. C. Neto

Full Professor Maia completed his undergraduate studies in Physics at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) (1991). Later, he received his geophysics Masters degree (1996), after his doctorate from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) (2004) and pos-doc at the UNICAMP (2007-2008). In 2022, he received his degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering. He is currently being a post-doctoral stage at the University of Texas, Arlington under the supervision of prof. Krishnan Rajeshwar in the area of new materials at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Since 1996, he has been professor of the Physics Department. He is leader of Laboratory of Preparation and Computation of Nanomaterials (www.LPCN.ufpa.br), Museum of Science, Technology and Innovation (www.MCTI.ufpa.br) of UFPA. He is interested about Renewable Energies, Solar Cells, Nanoscience, and Nanotechnology. He was coordinator's scholarship of PIBID-CAPES program 0103/2011 to 01/03/2015.
