Anne Laudisoit

I am a wildlife biologist, National Geographic Explore, One Health eco-epidemiologist and conservationist. My research interests focus on mammalian hosts of emerging zoonotic pathogens, vector-borne and neglected diseases and conservation mainly in remote areas of Africa in the context of forest degradation and species harvesting. I have 20 years of expertise in research off-the-beaten-path field expeditions in DR Congo. Diving more and more into ocean and marine conservation in Eastern Africa.
