Currently working on identifying drugs than can be repurposed to inhibit the undruggable target KRAS by the aid of genome editing tool, CRISPR. The aim of this project is to inhibit this mutant gene with the help of in silico bioinformatics tools, in vitro cytotoxicity assays and using zebrafish as the model organism.
