Anil Kavala

Anil Kavala received the B.S. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, India, in 2006, the M.S. degree from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from the Seoul National University (SNU), Seoul, South Korea, in 2014. In 2014, he joined in Semiconductor Memory Division, Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, South Korea, where he has been with the Flash Design Team. He developed an interface for V-NAND Memories and PRAM. His research interests include high-speed interface circuits, PLL/DLL circuits, and low power analog and mixed-signal circuits.
