Angus Shiue

Angus Shiue received the master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Chung Cheng Institute of Technology, in 1981, and the Ph.D. degree from the Taipei University of Technology, in 2010. His thesis presented the development of homogenization efficiency of the agitated system. He continued working as a Deputy Manager of Mechanical Manufacturing of SIAR 202nd plant for five years. From 1986 to 1989, he was a Staff Researcher of Corrosion Prevention and Control with the Material Industry Laboratories, Industrial Technology Research Institute, Taiwan. Then he was a Nuclear and Fossil Power Plant Project Deputy Manager with E & C Engineering Corporation for eight years. From 1997 to 2000, he was an Incineration and Sewage Project Manager of Taiwan Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Service, Inc. In 2001, he was a Lead Assessor with BVQI Taiwan District. From 2002 to 2005, he was a Project Manager of THSRC Taichung, Zouying, and Taoyuan site in TECO Electric & Machinery Company. Then he was a Quality Manager of THSRC Taipei Main Station site in Evergreen Construction Company for four years. From 2010 to till now, he focuses on high-tech and pharmaceutical cleanrooms related topics including cleanroom air quality control, testing and modeling of wafer storage and transport equipment, and airborne molecular contamination control. He is currently a Research Assistant Professor.
