My fields of interest are: embedded Non-Volatile Memories, In-Memory-Computing, advanced CMOS transistors including Fully-Depleted-Silicon-On-Insulator (FDSOI), stacked nanowires, 3D-sequential integration, RF CMOS, Silicon spin Qbits.
I served in the Technical Program Committee of many conferences in the field (including IEDM, VLSI-TSA, SSDM, ESSDERC, EDTM). Currently, I am in the Steering committee of the European Solid-State Device Research Conference (ESSDERC). I published +240 conference abstracts, +35 patents, 3 book chapters. I received the best paper award at ESSDERC 2005, the IEEE senior grade in 2018, the ERC consolidator grant in 2019 and the IEEE/SEE Brillouin award in 2018.
