I focus on multiomic longitudinal health tracking to improve our understanding of personalized medicine. Currently I work on projects including 1) wet-and-dry lab metagenomic microbiome profiling of thousands of human stool samples, 2) using smartwatch data to predict Covid-19, including leading a project with 1,000 PAC-12 student athletes, and 3) leading a project where we collected diverse human samples before, during and after a 2,150 kilometer Antarctica kite-skiing expedition.
