Research interests
Motion and force control, including inverse-model based control of electrohydraulic servosystems, control of parallel kinematic mechanisms, hybrid hydraulic/piezoelectric actuation, and active vehicle control. Recent research has concerned robotic powered prostheses, additively manufactuered piezoelectric aerospace servovalve development, and fluid-actuation integrated into tensegrity structures.
