I am a clinician-researcher at the University of Washington focusing on plasma cell disorders - multiple myeloma and AL amyloidosis. I have a strong interest in cellular immunotherapy for treatment of multiple myeloma and am involved as a PI of a study combining BCMA CAR T cells with a gamma secretase inhibitor to increase BCMA surface expression in multiple myeloma.
