Nutritionist graduated from the Federal University of Viçosa - Professor of Nutrition and Metabolism at the Medical School of Ribeirão Preto; University of São Paulo since 2008. Currently works with energy metabolism, body composition and metabolism of micronutrients in health and various clinical conditions such as HIV lipodystrophy, bone metabolism, diabetes and adipose tissue.
