Associate Professor at the São Paulo State University (UNESP - Botucatu, SP). Coordinator of the Plant Systematics Laboratory (LASisV) and Curator of the BOTU Herbarium. Vice-coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Plant Biology (Interunits / Unesp). Graduated in Biological Sciences from the São Paulo State University - UNESP (2000), Master's in Plant Biology from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2005), PhD in Plant Biology from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2009) and Post doctoral from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2011). Adjunct Professor II at the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP) from 2011-2014. Working in the area of Plant Biology, with emphasis on Taxonomy, Morphology, Evolution and Phylogeny of Angiosperms, mainly with taxa of the Leguminosae family.
