Ana Carolina de Araújo Butarelli

PhD student in Microbiology (USP), Master in Microbiology at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences - USP and researcher at the Laboratory of Microbial Ecology - LECOM. Bachelor of Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Maranhão (2019). She was a volunteer fellow for the Institutional Scientific Initiation Scholarship Program and an intern at the Research Group on Biodiversity, Bioprospection and Biotechnology (GB3), where she developed research projects about the microbiome of the Chapada das Mesas National Park. She is interested in the following areas: Microbiology, Genetics of microorganisms, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics.
