Batista Ana

Ana Batista is a postdoctoral researcher at the Coimbra Institute for Biomedical Imaging and Translational Research (CIBIT), University of Coimbra. She obtained her MSc degree in 2010 from the University of Coimbra and her PhD degree in 2019 from Saarland University. She is the author of 15 journal papers, 2 book chapters, and over 30 conference proceedings. Her major research interests relate to the field of Medical Engineering, with a special focus on the development, optimization, and characterization of instruments based on laser technology for non-invasive and label-free imaging of biological tissues.
