Her research interests are in prevention and management of healthcare associated infection, the epidemiology of respiratory viral infections, antimicrobial resistance and adult immunization. She is a member of the influenza and pneumococcal working groups of Canada’s National Advisory Committee on Immunization and of the Ontario Advisory Committee on Immunization, and a member of the Ontario Science Table.
