Allison A Camp

I'm a toxicologist, with a specialty in invertebrate biology. My research has primarily focused on aquatic ecotoxicology (zebrafish, aquatic insects, freshwater crustaceans). I consider myself an environmental toxicologist since my research efforts aim to protecting the environment. I have recently moved into the terrestrial ecotox space and I'm working with the North American bumble bee Bombus impatiens. Beyond the lab, I'm active in science outreach, science communication and science writing. I've participated in a variety of outreach events and science communication workshops and seminars.
