Ali Payani

Ali Payani (payani@ece.gatech.edu) received his B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tehran, Iran, in 2001 and his M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering. His research interests are in the areas of digital signal processing and compression, in particular, seismic compression; dictionary learning; and machine learning.
