He mainly worked on the Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), Modeling and Spatial Analysis of Myocardial Infarction and Determination of the Factors Associated with Its Outcome, Using Multilevel Analysis in Iran.
He has the experience of teaching at the university, supervising the student research committee of SKUMS, supervising the student research committees of the central network of the country, and holding the responsibility for public and administrative affairs of Shahrekord School of Health since 2008. After being accepted in the national entrance exam without using any quota, he was accepted in the PhD program of epidemiology at SBUMS in Tehran. After graduating, he started to work as a faculty member of SKUMS since September 2014.
Among his most important honors are: the top-ranked student of SBUMS, member of the National Elite Foundation and receiving Shahid Ashtiani Award of the Elite Foundation, elected as a superior (top) professor in SKUMS in 2018, owner of the national management process of "The quality of education and selection", top process executor appreciated by the Minister of Health and Medical Education, elected as a top researcher in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province in 2016, and also being elected in several courses as a top researcher at SKUMS. He is the founder of the Master of Epidemiology degree (MSc), the founder of the Modeling in Health Research Center in SKUMS, and the main Principal investigator (PI) of the prospective epidemiological research studies in Iran (PERSIAN) cohort for health and non-communicable diseases in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. He is the author of four books, more than 110 authentic scientific research articles in national and international indexes. He has been the executor or collaborator in more than 100 research projects and the advisor or supervisor of more than 50 doctoral and postgraduate dissertations.
