Alexander a Bush

Alexander A. Bush received the Ph.D. degree in solid-state physics from the Moscow State Univer-sity, Moscow, Russia, in 1981. He joined the Moscow State Institute of Radio-engineering, Electronics, and Automation (MIREA) in 1985. At present, he heads a materials research group at MIREA and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Condensed Matter Electronics. His research interests are on the growth and characterization of single crystals of ferroelectric, magnetic, and superconducting materials. He is the coauthor of more that 200 scientific publications and four books.
