Abidur Rahaman the M.S. degree in applied physics electronics and communication engineering from the University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2009. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Information Display, Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea. His current research interests focused on design, characterization, and analysis of oxide and LTPS thin-film transistors and application to display circuits.
