Anna V Golubeva

I am working in "Microbiota-Brain-Gut Axis" branch of APC, headed by professors John Cryan and Ted Dinan. My research is mainly focused on understanding the mechanisms of how STRESS - in all its different forms, acute and chronic, prenatal and postnatal - changes the gut microbiota. And how this, in turn, can affect the brain function, including our mood, emotions, cognition and even an urge for social interactions.
