Andreia Matos

Highly motivated toward scientific research with ability to create new and sustainable solutions to answer new requests. Andreia does research in Sports Medicine, Woman health, obesity-related diseases, cancer and ageing at Genetics Laboratory and Institute of Environmental Health, Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon. Currently as a member of Tumor Microenvironment Interactions Group at i3S-Instituto de Investigacao e Inovacao em Saude, Universidade do Porto / INEB-Institute of Biomedical Engineering, University of Porto, she is interested on line-of-research of obesity and haematological cancer, from the tumor microenvironment to the establishment of new therapeutic targets.
