Armaghan Mahmoudian

I am a clinician-scientist with a focus on better understanding of disease mechanisms and their influence on function and quality of life, by studying Clinical (Outcome measurements), Structural (X-ray, MRI), and Functional (3D motion analysis, postural analysis, muscular function etc.) characteristics of patients, through prospective longitudinal studies. I am currently working as a member of an International Early Knee OA Consortium, to further refine and validate classification criteria for early knee osteoarthritis. I consider my research/career being translational and able to contribute to the body of knowledge in various research areas.
