Ana Maria Sanchez-Perez is a professor at the Faculty of Health Science and she is head of the research group Neurobiotecnologia, at the Insitute of Advanced Materials and the Predepartmental Medicine Unit, Universitat Jaume I. Ana´s research applies Molecular Biology, Cell Biology tools to study neurological and psychiatric diseases. The main goal of the group is to understand the underlying mechanisms and contribute to developing effective, safe therapeutic strategies.
