Alexandre Bouvet

Alexandre Bouvet (Member, IEEE) received the Engineering degree in aerospace engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Aéronautique et de l'Espace, Toulouse, France, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in radar remote sensing from the Centre d'Etudes Spatiales de la Biosphère (CESBIO), Université Paul Sabatier-Toulouse III, Toulouse, in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with Joint Research Center, European Commission, Ispra, Italy, and since 2013, he has been a Scientist with CESBIO and since 2021 a Research Engineer with the French Institute of Research for Development. His research is focused on the use of remote sensing data, and particularly synthetic aperture radar, for vegetation monitoring applications (agriculture and forests).
