Andrei V. Alaferdov received the M.S. degree in nanotechnology in electronics and the Ph.D. degree in physics from the Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, in 2009 and 2016, respectively. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Center for Semiconductor Components and Nanotechnologies, State University of Campinas, Campinas, Brazil. His current research interests include the synthesis and characterization of carbon nanotubes, graphene, and hybrid structures.
