Germain Bossu

Germain Bossu was born in Cambrai, France, in 1982. He received the Engineer degree in physics and material science, the M.S. degree in microelectronics from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, Villeurbanne, France, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from the Université de Provence, Marseille, France, in 2009. After his Ph.D. degree on fabrication, characterization, and modeling of advanced thin-film nonvolatile memory solutions built on capacitorless eDRAMs platforms, he joined Dolphin Integration, Meylan, France, to design standard.
