Yuxiang Chen

Y. Chen (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and automation, and power electronics and power drives from the Department of Information and Electrical Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 2011 and 2014, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2019. She is currently working as a Post-Doctor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR, USA. Her research interests include power module package design and assembly.
