个人简介
I am a PhD student in food microbiology at UOGUELPH with an interdisciplinary research background focused on probiotics and prebiotics. During my MSc, I gained proficiency in conducting a wide range of assays, including those related to antibacterial, anticancer, antidiabetic, and antihypertensive properties.
Currently, my research pursuits are centered around four primary areas:
1.Exploration of Novel Food Extracts as prebiotic
2.Molecular Insights into Antimicrobial Resistance
