Arthur H. Edwards

Arthur H. Edwards (Member, IEEE) received all of his degrees from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, USA, including the Ph.D. degree in physics, with an emphasis on solid state theory, in 1981. He is a Senior Research Physicist in the Space Vehicles Directorate of the Air Force Research Laboratory. He has worked in industry (Westinghouse Electric), academia (University of North Carolina at Charlotte), and in the government (Army and Air Force Research Laboratories). He has over 60 publications in several areas, including electronic structure of defects in insulators and semiconductors, device physics, and physics of memristor materials and mechanisms.
