Gustavo Leone received the BS degree in biochemistry and the PhD degree in molecular virology from the University of Calgary. He was a postdoctoral researcher in genetics in the Duke University Medical Center. Currently, he serves as a faculty member in the Ohio State University Medical Center and the Department of Human Cancer and Genetics, Ohio State University. His research involves studying the role of the Ras pathway in coordinating cell growth and cell death signals elicited by the E2F and Myc transcription programs.
