Javier Jiménez

Javier Jiménez was born in Barcelona, Spain, in 1982. He received the B.Sc. degree in telecommunications and the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from the Technical University of Barcelona, Barcelona, in 2008 and 2016, respectively, and the MBA degree from the EAE Business School, Barcelona, in 2014. After accumulating expertise from 2004 to 2008 in signal and power electronics in the computer, automotive, and space industries, his interests focused until 2012 in medical imaging quantification at the High Technology Institute, Barcelona, and next on medical imaging innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, until 2015. Since 2015, he has been with Newborn Solutions, Barcelona.
