Jingjing Cui

Jingjing Cui received the Ph.D. degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2018. She was a Research Fellow with the School of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton, Southampton, U.K., and a Research Assistant with the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, London, U.K., from 2018 to 2022. Her research interests include classical and quantum optimization theory and algorithm design, machine learning for wireless networks, and quantum communications. She was the recipient of the Exemplary Reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Communications in 2019 and IEEE Communication Letters in 2018. She was a TPC Member of IEEE conferences, such as ICC and IEEE GLOBECOM.
