Khalil As’ham (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in communications and computer engineering from Taiz University, Taiz, Yemen, in 2013, the M.Sc. degree in telecommunication engineering from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of New South Wales, Canberra, ACT, Australia, in 2022. He is a Research Associate with the University of New South Wales. His research focuses on the interaction of light and matter, with applications in optoelectronics devices.
