My research interests focus on assessing the interactions and impacts of dietary, lifestyle, enviromental and genetics determinats on human health, and developing nutritonal intervention strategies for the prevention and management of diet-related diseases, particularly on obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseaes. I am currently working on a BBSRC funded project, to address micronutrient deficiencies (MND) associated with the double burden of childhood malnutrition (DBM) in China.
