个人简介
Girish Rughoobur (Member, IEEE) received the M.Eng. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University College London (UCL), U.K., in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in engineering from the University of Cambridge, U.K., in 2017, for his work on the fabrication and characterization of in-liquid thin-film bulk acoustic resonators for sensors/biosensors. He is currently a Research Associate with the Microsystems Technology Laboratories, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. He is also working on improving the performance of Si field emission arrays in low vacuum for a wide range of applications. He is also a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
