Mohd Faizul Mohd Sabri

M. F. M. Sabri (Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in mechanical systems engineering from the Kitami Institute of Technology, Kitami, Japan, in 1999 and 2001, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) from Tohoku University with the scholarship from the Hitachi Scholarship Foundation, Sendai, Japan. His research interests are in thermoelectric materials and generators, lead-free solder alloys, and MEMS. He has authored over 150 scientific articles and filed eight patents on the mentioned research topics. Dr. Sabri is a member of the Board of Engineers, Malaysia, as a Professional Engineer (PEng), a member of The Institution of Mechanical Engineers, U.K., and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Engineers, U.K.
