I believe most psychological pain stems from a disconnection with one’s sense of purpose and meaning. In times of physical and mental stress, we often stray from our values and what brings us joy. Therapy serves as an integrative process that allows for a reconnection with what brings you a sense of meaning. Therapy allows you to heal through feeling heard and understood. My role is to guide you through the tough spots on your journey to help you continue on your desired path.
