Cleiton Antônio Nunes received the Ph.D. degree in agrochemistry from the Universidade Federal de Lavras, Lavras, Brazil, in 2011. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of the Universidade Federal de Lavras, Lavras, where he is also with the Departamento de Ciência dos Alimentos. His current research interests include food chemistry, chemometrics, and their applications in food analysis and agricultural sciences.
