V. Rajkumar, Ph.D: Studied Meat science and technology from TANUVAS, Chennai. Now working as Principal Scientist in the discipline of Livestock Products Technology at CIRG, India. Research interest is on functional meat products, heritage meat products and goat meat food safety. Has several patents. Completed one national project on Functional Goat products funded by MoFPI, Govt of India. Established National Referral Laboratory for Animal Products with a project funding of Rupees Seven Crores
