Ana C. Fonseca

Ana C. Fonseca was born in Viseu, in 1984. In 2007, she graduated in Chemical Engineering, from the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra, Portugal. In 2013, she obtained her PhD from the same University working on the development of poly(ester amide)s based on -amino acids and -hydroxy acids. Currently, she is a post-doctorate researcher in the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Coimbra and her research interests are focused on the development of biodegradable polymers from renewable resources. She co-authored 36 papers and 4 book chapters.
