Jin-Hong Park (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University, USA, in 2006 and 2009, respectively. From 2009 to 2011, he was with Kyung Hee University, South Korea, and the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, NY, USA. Since 2011, he has been a Professor with the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering and SKKU Advanced Institute of Nano Technology (SAINT), Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. His current research interests include next-generation low-power devices based on 2D vdW materials (gate-all-around FETs, multivalued logic devices, and neuromorphic devices) and the fabrication process technologies of 2D vdW materials.
