个人简介
Dr Khatun is currently working at the Analytical Research Laboratory the TGA accredited specialist natural product analysis lab at Southern Cross University (SCU). Her research interests focus on natural product chemistry, evaluation of their bioactivity and enzymatic digestion of food molecules. She did PhD from SCU focusing the impact of protein & lipid on rice starch digestibility. She was Lecturer/Assistant Professor at the Pharmacy Department, Manarat International University, Bangladesh.
