Dr. Nosherwan Shoaib received double master’s degrees in electronics engineering and PhD degree in RF & microwave engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. After serving two terms as post-doctoral research fellow, he joined National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad. As an Associate Professor, he teaches RF & microwave related courses to Electrical Engineering students. His current research interests include design & development of 5G MIMO antennas, Frequency selective surfaces, Metasurfaces, RF energy harvesting, Internet of Things (IoT), RF metrology and microwave active circuits. Dr. Shoaib contributed to three patents, one book, one book chapter and more than 90 leading international technical journal, peer reviewed conference papers and technical reports. He has been granted PKR 50 Million worth research grants.
