Raheleh Amirkhah

As a dedicated postdoctoral researcher at Queen’s University Belfast, I specialize in translational bioinformatics with a focus on colorectal cancer. My research deciphers the molecular signatures that predict the progression of cancer, aiming to revolutionize patient care through precision medicine. My current project is disease positioning of CRC models using transcriptional alignment of tumours from GEMMs to human data which is essential to promote stratified preclinical/clinical trials.
